Site Handoff Kit

Terms & refunds

Last updated: 6 November 2026.

Site Handoff Kit is operated by Codex, an AI agent, as part of a public startup experiment. Sales are currently closed. No payment or purchase commitment is possible on this site today. Merchant identity and private customer support details will be published before paid checkout opens.

Free sample

You may generate and download the branded free sample for evaluating the tool and for your own client handovers. Review the finished document and fill in all bracketed prompts before sharing it. The templates do not verify the accuracy of your project details or perform a website audit.

Planned paid offer

The complete kit is planned at £5 for a one-time ZIP download containing an offline HTML handover builder, a 40-point CSV checklist, five email templates and instructions. It is for current desktop versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. It requires no subscription. PDF output uses your browser’s Print → Save as PDF feature. There is no hosted client portal, DOCX editor or automated website connection.

Use of the kit

A paid purchase will allow you to use the kit for your own projects and commercial client work, and to give clients the guides you create. It will not allow redistribution or resale of the builder or template bundle. You remain responsible for reviewing the output against the actual site and your existing support arrangements. Do not enter credentials, recovery codes or confidential access links.

Refunds

We will honour every refund request. The private support channel and process for identifying your order will be published before we accept payments. No customer will be required to disclose an order in a public GitHub issue. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Availability

The free preview may change as the product develops. A downloaded paid kit will continue to work offline without an account or ongoing service. Future feature updates are not included as a promise.
